I’m so grateful to Mariya for guiding me through the areas of my life that I found too scary to deal with alone. From the start of each tapping session, I would feel huge lumps of tension leave my body – I could noticeably breathe more easily and release worry that I’d been unknowingly holding on to. Like a mental massage!

Mariya is excellent at centering you into a calm place and gently guiding you to stop at each block that looms up. She’s intuitive and listens carefully to the language and vocabulary you use so that she can speak your language. She asks for honesty and for the little voices in your head to speak up. So, if you don’t like a word or a concept or a path, she’ll acknowledge that part of you – and either divert or address what that word, concept or path means to you. Gently investigating and starting to unravel the pain and suffering behind the meaning or belief that you have. Beliefs, you didn’t even realize you had, are uncovered, and addressed. Most of them outdated and sent on their merry way – resulting in – less worrying!

What I especially loved about working with Mariya is the laughter and her authenticity. I cried so much, which is a good release of pent-up hurts - but I laughed a lot too – which is also a huge release of pent-up hurts. Laughing about some of the absurd hidden beliefs was a lot of fun. She has held my hand through the dark bits and been my cheerleader for my dreams.  

I will remember our sessions with immense gratitude and fondness for a caring, perceptive, real, funny, very knowledgeable and professional tapping practitioner.

You have to work with Mariya!! She has the amazing ability to create a safe space while she guides you through the IEP process. I come out of every session knowing more about myself! I was struggling with stress, loss of motivation, unhealthy eating and drinking for relaxation.  This was due to lot of unavoidable changes in my life.  I had heard that Intention Tapping could help with many issues including unhealthy eating and drinking.

When Mariya was recommended to me to try her unique style of personal coaching using Intention Tapping I was apprehensive about her young age and therefore life experience.  Due to my apprehension, I decided I would only discuss my unhealthy eating and not my other personal issues.

​

In my first session with Mariya I instantly felt at ease.  She was innately warm and compassionate. Mariya built rapport with empathy and respect and demonstrated a knowledge and understanding well beyond her years (An old soul).  She held the space with such confidence that I felt supported and safe, and I trusted I could discuss anything with her including that I was using alcohol in the evenings to relax.

I have found the process to be gentle and easy as it doesn’t require too much thought or conversation.  I have had many Ah-Ha moments and I was able to connect with the process and relay to Mariya what I was noticing.  My sessions ended with me feeling motivated, calm and a feeling that things had shifted, and I was somehow lighter having let go of the beliefs that no longer served me.

I have become mindful of the silent negative statements I say to myself.  I now realize I have been fueling my stress, anxieties and false beliefs therefore keeping me stuck in the same old destructive patterns.  I was surprised to notice that I became aware of the food I was eating, and I started shifting to better choices and I no longer needed or wanted a glass of wine every night.  I was generally feeling calmer in the evening and my body wasn’t asking for something to relax.

I am grateful to Mariya and her work as I continue to learn and gain the benefits of a greater self-acceptance.
